With a strong immune system in the spring
The first harbingers of spring make you want an active and healthy lifestyle accompanied by a strong immune system. But especially during the transition period, temperature changes, unexpected adverse weather conditions or stress pose new challenges to our body’s defenses. Simple behaviors such as regular exercise, enough sleep, a balanced diet and also immune Wobenzym can help to stay fit and healthy.
When the body is exposed to intense phases or changing temperatures, the human immune system is challenged. Because the more exhausted you are, the more the body’s immune response can react to pathogens such as viruses, bacteria and the like.
Outdoor exercise is optimal for the immune system. Anyone who regularly practices endurance sports or walks stimulates their immune system and can thus support its functioning. It is good to adapt your clothes to the temperatures and, especially in spring, to dress in such a way that you can react to the variations in temperature. During outdoor activities, the body also produces important vitamin D3 through sunlight. Like laughter, it releases serotonin, the happiness hormone. This slows down the production of stress hormones that weaken the immune system and at the same time increases the activity of immune cells. Contrast showers boost metabolism and promote blood circulation, which can increase immune cell counts in the long run.
A healthy lifestyle with enough sleep, as balanced and varied a diet as possible and drinking at least one to two liters a day also helps the immune system to challenge pathogens. It is especially important to take vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system and binds free radicals. It is found in citrus fruits and berries, but also in peppers, tomatoes and some cabbage. Vitamin E (found in sunflower oil and egg yolk) protects cells from oxidative stress.
Wobenzym immune can support
In situations or phases of life where the immune system is particularly stressed, the food supplement Wobenzym immune can provide the body with important additional nutrients. It supports the immune system with a specially developed combination of vitamins and minerals with the plant enzymes papain and bromelain. Wobenzym immune also contains bioflavonoids from grape seed extract, the polyphenol quercetin and valuable beta-glucans. Vitamin D3, selenium and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, and vitamin C also helps reduce fatigue. Vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium and zinc can also help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Important: Take the tablets without food
The dietary supplement develops its optimal effect through the absorption of nutrients in the intestine. Therefore, the tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of fluids at least 30-60 minutes before or at least 90 minutes after a meal.
Consume 2×3 tablets daily with plenty of liquid without chewing.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
This product contains substances derived from pineapple and papaya. If you are taking blood thinners or have known blood clotting disorders, consumption should be coordinated with your therapist or pharmacist.
