Wonderfully fruity mango vinaigrette for your summer salad

It’s just ideal if you want to add an exotic touch to a salad.

When it’s so easy to make a delicious salad dressing yourself, who needs the store-bought version? Today we are going to tell you how you can make a wonderfully fruity mango vinaigrette yourself. In no time!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 grams of mangoes
  • 9 tablespoons oil, tasteless
  • 6 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt pepper

Approximately per serving:

  • 262 calories
  • 23 grams of fat
  • 14 grams of carbs
  • <1g protein

And here’s how it’s done:


  1. First, peel the mango if necessary. Cut the flesh into cubes and place it in a large measuring cup with the oil, white wine vinegar, mustard and honey. Purée with a hand blender.
  2. Simply season the dressing with salt and pepper – that’s it!


Point: This quick and easy mango dressing goes well with leafy green salads, in addition to mango strips or other fruity components.


As you can see, you really only have to mix a few ingredients together – and you have a homemade salad dressing that you know exactly what ingredients it contains. No hidden sugar, no hidden ingredients. And with a preparation time of less than ten minutes, no one really has to fall back on the ready-made version from the supermarket.
