Recipe for delicious salmon in a spicy paprika and coconut sauce

You need for 2 people: 300 grams of salmon fillet, 1 onion, 1 hot pepper, 1 red pepper, 250 grams of tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 clove of garlic, 2 teaspoons of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 120 milliliters of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, salt pepper

That’s how it works : Briefly rinse the salmon with water, pat dry and season with pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the peppers and chillies. Cut both into pieces, very small peppers.

Peel the tomatoes. To do this, cut them all crosswise and put them briefly in boiling water. Then remove the skin, cut the stems and dice the tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet, add the salmon and sear for about three minutes on each side. Remove the salmon and keep warm. Then add the onion, garlic, pepperoni, paprika and spices to the pan and sauté over low heat for about two minutes. Stir again and again.

Add the tomatoes, bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Then add the coconut milk and simmer. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Put the salmon back in, lower the heat, cover the pan and let stand for three minutes.
