Ingredients for 1 liter

Raspberry Rosemary Water

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1 handful of raspberries and rosemary (2/3 raspberries, 1/3 fresh rosemary)

Thyme Kumquat Water

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1 handful of kumquats (dwarf oranges) or alternatively pieces of orange or lime and thyme (2/3 citrus fruits, 1/3 fresh thyme)

Cucumber Lemongrass Water

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1/2 cucumber 1/2 lemongrass stick

Raspberry rosemary water. Wash the raspberries and rosemary. Remove the rosemary needles and cut them into small pieces. Pour mineral water into a carafe. Add the raspberries to the water and mash them with a fork. Add the rosemary. Cover the carafe and place in the refrigerator for one hour. Pour the water through a sieve into another container to filter out the solids. Serve.

Thyme Kumquat water. Rinse the kumquats and thyme. Cut the kumquats in half. Take the thyme leaves. Pour mineral water into a carafe.
