Alternatively go for dance classes or routines be it any jazz rumba samba, in addition to keeping you in shape they will also help you gain confidence and new friends.

DVDS VCR / DVD – Go to the video rental and grab any fitness routine and follow what they tell in the video all from the comfort of your own living room.

PLANNING EXERCISES WITH MARATHONS- A Fun thing to do is to run on your treadmilltill the marathon on T.v lasts and see how well you fare
Remember workouts if fun filled and entertaining provide better gains than those which are monotonous and boring.
